The Diversity Enhancement Inclusion Committee includes 7 members: 3 faculty, 2 NTP staff, and 2 NTP students.
The Program makes vigorous efforts to encourage applications of admission by qualified underrepresented

identifying potential mentoring support to promote retention of URM students. The Committee oversees the
Program’s Diversity Enhancement Speaker Series and arranges visits by minority students from high schools and
colleges. This committee is also responsible for diversity and inclusion training in the course NTP900: Neuroscience Seminar Series.
